Do I need an Account to checkout?

You do not need to create a WILLIT account to checkout, but there are benefits to having an account. To securely save credit cards, billing addresses, and to be able to see your order history. Click on the "Account" button located at the top right of any page to "Log in" or "Create a New Account". 

What is the status of my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Click on the tracking link in this email to view the updated status of your package. Otherwise, send us an email at support@willitsports.com and we'll happily check it for you! 

Where are you products shipped from?

All of our products are stored and shipped from Fulfillment centers located throughout the United States.

If I can't find an item on your website, does that mean that it's sold out?

Our inventory is always updating. If you are not able to find or select your color and size in a specific item, then yes, that item is sold-out. Reach out to Customer Service for other product suggestions.

Where can I find product sizing information?

Orders & Shipping

Can I change or update my order?

Add at least one item to your shopping bag and then go to checkout. During checkout, you can enter payment information, and add billing and shipping addresses. You can also review your order before it's final, and make changes to the color, size, or quantity of an item. We are unable to modify or make edits once it's been placed.

How can I exchange an item?

You can initiate a return from your account or directly contact us with your order number and the product you wish to return. For exchanges, you can opt for a different color/size within the same style as the item you're returning. Your exchange order will be processed once the returned product is back in stock.

When will my order ship?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 - 10 business days of the order being placed.

How long does delivery take?

All item orders made on this website should arrive within 2-7 business days.

How much will I be charged on shipping?

Return & Exchange

Can I return my order?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Please make sure the return good under good condition and with original ccondition,unworn with tags attached products. *Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

What items are final sale?

All items from “Sales on Sale” are final sale. Swimwear can be refunded only if it remains unused and the hygienic liner is intact.

How do I return my products?

Please email us at support@willitsports.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond to you within 2 business days with the return shipping address.

* Please follow our steps emailed to you to contain certain packaging information when return the item so we can successfully process your returns.
* The customer is responsible for the shipping costs, customs, taxes and all the other fees of returning the product to us.
* Please return the package with a valid tracking number for your personal insurance. We will not be responsible for any lost return packages.

Are returns free?

The customer is responsible for the shipping fees of returning the product to us. You could return the package on your own with the carrier of your choice and you will pay the return postage at the time of shipping.

When will I get my refund?

We will process your return and refund when your items back to Amazon's fulfillment center. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
